Whether you're planning a corporate event, team-building outing, birthday, bachelor party, client event, fundraiser, sports team event or a night out with friends, Transcend makes it easy to create a memorable group experience.

Groups can reserve the entire facility or a selection of private suites, depending on the size and style of the event.

Events can include:

  • Closest-to-the-Pin and Long Drive competitions
  • Tournament and leaderboard formats
  • Custom course selection
  • TVs and music
  • Optional golf coach upon request
  • Flexible scheduling, including evenings and off-hours
  • Food and beverages can be brought in or ordered to the facility

Private Leagues

Build Your Own Private Golf League

Your group. Your format. Your competition.

Create a custom Trackman private golf league for friends, competitive golf groups, teams or colleagues. We help the League Organizer configure everything upfront, then the organizer manages the league once it's live.

Private Leagues can be customized with:

  1. Tell us about your group — players, location, preferred schedule and number of weeks.
  2. We help build the League — we work with the League Organizer to configure everything in Trackman.
  3. Your group competes — once launched, the organizer administers the League.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need golf experience?

No. Group events work for experienced golfers and complete beginners.

How many people can attend?

We can accommodate 8–40+ guests per location depending on the facility and event setup.

Can we book the entire facility?

Yes. Groups can reserve the entire facility or a number of private suites.

How long are events?

Many events are approximately two hours, but bookings can be customized.

Can we bring food and beverages?

Yes. Food and beverages are not served by Transcend, but groups can bring their own or arrange delivery.

Do you provide golf clubs?

Players must bring their own golf clubs.

Can we play music?

Yes, when you book the entire facility.

Can we add competitions?

Yes. Closest-to-the-Pin, Long Drive, tournaments and leaderboard formats can be incorporated.

Can we have a coach join?

Yes, subject to availability and additional cost.

Can we book outside regular hours?

Yes. Our facilities operate 24/7, giving us significant scheduling flexibility, subject to availability.

How do Private Leagues work?

We help the League Organizer configure the Trackman League upfront. Once live, the organizer administers it.

Can Private Leagues run at any location?

Only at Trackman-equipped locations.

How much does it cost?

Events and leagues are custom quoted based on location, number of suites, duration, schedule and group requirements.
